“Love is in the air”—a u unique story where the past intertwines with art. Jurij Batagelj, a world-renowned dancer, choreographer, and enthusiast of vintage cars and aviation, known for some of the most prominent dance musical shows in Slovenia, had combined his passion for dance and music with aviation.
A aviation and dance spectacle, “Love is in the Air,” took place in Vipava, one of Slovenia’s most picturesque valleys nestled among vineyards, on August 31, 2024. For the first time in Slovenia, he united spectacular air shows with dance performances in one place, witnessing an unforgettable story that will take us through the history of aviation, music, and dance from 1920 to 1950.
At the show, Jurij Batagelj, president of the “Love is in the Air” RC Warbird Airmeet, and Bine Logar, Back to Basics CEO, both signed the partnership certificate joining Back to Basics and “Love is in the Air” with the aim of popularizing the hobby in a new, innovative way.
